Kyle Prichard- Chief Executive Officer

Kyle sets the vision and direction of the company, establishes new business opportunities, and enforces quality standards throughout the company.
Kyle gave up a management career with a major national company to start a business that was founded on solid morals, values and principles. It was then that Grace Custom Builders was started with a vision to provide the best quality construction while treating employees with respect and growing them in positions of increasing responsibility.
Kyle was 18 when he started his own business working as a stone mason. Regarded as one of the best in the Shenandoah Valley, Kyle’s success gave him the confidence to earn his college degree from Liberty University. Focus on both Psychology and Business Management gives Kyle a well-rounded educational background to successfully manage his company.

In his spare time, Kyle enjoys riding his motorcycle and spending time with his family.

David Pooler- Chief Operating Officer

David has a strong background in residential construction with 8 years working as a carpenter. David’s experience has been bolstered by over 12 years in management of large commercial facilities with complex scopes of work. This background has taught David key business and management skills that allow him to oversee business development, contract administration, vendor relations, and to ultimately ensure customer expectations are always met. David has a diploma in Ministerial Studies from Global University.

In his spare time, David enjoys going to church, riding his motorcycle and spending time with friends.

Chris Bowyer- Director of Operations

Chris comes to Grace Custom Builders with over 20 years of Project Management experience. A results-oriented professional with exposure to business development, operations, and client relationship management. Highly experienced in developing and implementing growth strategies, Chris has proven track record of projects coming in on time, and under budget.

In his spare time, Chris enjoys golfing.

Laina Shifflett- Office Manager

Laina is responsible for Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll and Financial Reporting.
Laina is currently a student at Blue Ridge Community College and is working on her Education in Accounting and Finance. Laina prepares monthly Financial Statements to provide various financial information that the management team uses to evaluate the company’s performance. This vital information allows the management team to modify activities and streamline processes to reduce costs, ultimately resulting in value for our customers. Laina has a niche for organization and has generously contributed this skill in bettering the administration of the company.

In her sparetime, Laina enjoys going to the beach, kayaking and spending time with family and friends.
